18.2. Creating a New Web Site

To create a new web site:

  1. Choose Manage > Add Site. The Setup Requirements screen is displayed, and Perforce Chronicle verifies that your web server contains the correct versions of required components. (If a requirement is missing, Chronicle advises you how best to resolve the problem.)
  2. Click Continue. The Setup Site Storage screen is displayed. All sites share a single Perforce server, so the options on this screen are disabled.
  3. Click Continue. The Setup Administrator screen is displayed. Enter the depot administrator's username and password.
  4. Click Continue. The Setup Site screen is displayed.
  5. Specify the site name and one or more URLs for the site. Click Create Site. The Setup Summary screen is displayed.
  6. To display the new site, click View Site.

Chronicle allows multiple sites, but all sites must co-exist in a single Perforce server.
