6.3. Adding Menus

To add a new menu:

  1. Click Manage in the Perforce Chronicle toolbar.
  2. Click Menus.

    The Manage Menus screen is displayed.
  3. Click Add Menu. The Add Menu dialog is displayed.
  4. Define the menu by specifying the following information:
    Id
    An identifier for this menu that must be unique among menus.
    Label
    A friendly label to identify this menu.
    Order
    A number that influences the order of this menu while managing menus. Higher numbers cause menus to appear later in the list; lower or negative numbers cause menus to appear earlier in the list. The default is zero.
    Show in Content Form
    This toggle influences whether this menu is available for adding menu items while editing content.
  5. Click Save. The Manage Menus is redisplayed, listing your new menu.
