The success of any Open Source project is directly related to the community that is created around it. We hope to foster a large and active user community that includes the acceptance of code contributions for Perforce Chronicle. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept contributions at this time, but hope to have the appropriate mechanisms and licensing in place later in 2012. We appreciate your interest in helping us make Chronicle better and look forward to incorporating your updates in the future.
